Our Story
Here, we honour women’s health through Chinese Medicine and other traditional practices. Our approach is slow, relational, and preventative, nurturing health as a way of life that grows and lasts a lifetime.
My own journey through chronic fatigue led me to traditional medicine and the wisdom of preventative health. Now, I share this knowledge with you, helping you create lasting, meaningful change in your health and life.
Meet Julia
Julia is a clinical practitioner specialising in women’s health, digestion, fatigue, and overall wellbeing. Her approach blends Chinese medicine principles, acupressure, moxibustion, cupping, and the concept of food as medicine with a range of therapeutic and holistic modalities, creating personalised care that supports both immediate relief and long-term balance.
She works with a variety of tools and techniques, including Shiatsu, Mayan Abdominal Massage, Shin Thai, lymphatic massage, Kahuna, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, and reflexology, alongside lifestyle guidance, nutrition, and yoga-based practices. Her work supports the body’s natural intelligence and restores balance across multiple systems, whether addressing fatigue, digestive concerns, menstrual or reproductive health, or the effects of stress and chronic tension. Julia also offers pregnancy and postpartum care, including tailored packages for ongoing support, allowing deeper patterns and imbalances to be addressed over time.
Julia has trained extensively in Traditional Chinese Medicine, including an apprenticeship with Dr Naomi Jansson, focusing on women’s health, postpartum care, and food as medicine (Chinese Medicine Nutrition) and teaches Food as Medicine on the Shiatsu diploma at the Australian College of Eastern Medicine. She is also an experienced yoga teacher, trained in Yin Yoga, Yoga for Menstrual Health, and Yoga for Fertility, supporting people across menstruation, fertility, postpartum, and menopause.
Combining clinical practice, bodywork, movement, and holistic health principles, Julia’s work helps restore balance, support long-term wellbeing, and nurture the body’s innate intelligence. Her practice extends beyond therapy sessions, offering educational resources, practices, and products designed to empower people to care for themselves at home and cultivate lasting health, vitality, and resilience.
